Responsibilities

A civil engineering project managermanages theplanning and delivery of civil engineering projects:

• Project scope:Defines the project scope sets schedules and allocates resources
• Project management:Oversees the project from conception to completion ensuring its delivered on time and within budget
• Team management:Provides direction and manages the daytoday activities of the project team including consultants and contractors
• Communication:Coordinates and communicates with stakeholders team members and leadership to ensure milestones are met
• Quality assurance:Ensures quality deliverables and that QA/QC procedures are followed
