About the Company We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Logistics to lead and control high-volume industrial import operations in Mexico. This role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of imported equipment, components, and industrial materials. The position requires deep expertise in Mexican customs regulations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage complex, multi-origin shipments in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Lead end-to-end import logistics operations for high-volume industrial shipments.
Monitor shipment status, resolve delays, and optimize logistics costs.
Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to support business objectives.
Develop and improve logistics procedures, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Build and maintain a national Customs Codes database for Danieli items.
