Overview

Principal Consultant | Account & Delivery Lead | Commodities & Fintech. Senior Projects Manager, Commodities Trading. Data transformation program rather than one specific product area.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10 workstreams within shipping/trading that are working in silos, bringing direction and collaboration with business goals in mind.
• Examples of workstreams include:
• ETRM upgrade with new trading products
• Introduction of new traded products in Europe
• Data visualisation / optimization for BO accounting

• Face off to the business and manage up to stakeholders with reporting lines into the board.
• Expect some hurdles in large scale projects.
• Governance, control, and budgets for large projects.
• Overseeing teams of PMs, PMOs interacting with business and tech leadership.
• Experience on large budgeted projects; project around $20mil with up to 10 workstreams...
