Project Manager

The Mechanical Construction Project Manager oversees and manages all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring successful project completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with specified quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and leading project activities from conception to final delivery, working closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Project Planning & Coordination:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and scope.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure all requirements are met.
• Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure expectations are managed and met.

HVAC System Design & Management:

• Oversee the implementation and installation of HVAC systems, including VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow), Chiller Systems, and Ventilation Systems.
