Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage all projects assigned to Technical Staff.
-Conduct regular meetings and project updates with Technical Staff
-Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, timesheets, and overall staff performance.
-Ensuring all project documents are complete, accurate, and up to date.
-Coordinate with clients, Sales, Engineering, and other departments.
-Conduct site inspections, enforce safety policies, and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
-Review and approve technical documents, billing, materials requests, and testing reports.
-Support project implementation when needed and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
