Position Title: Project Management Officer- VaxHub
Position Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of VaxHub to St. Joseph Drug Branches
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Lead the full project lifecycle for the vaccination hub rollout, from initiation through implementation and transition to steady operations.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and service standards.
Drive execution discipline across branches and project workstreams to ensure consistent delivery.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination
Act as the primary liaison among branch teams, senior leadership, healthcare partners, and external stakeholders.
