-Graduate of Civil Engineering 
-Registered Civil Engineer 
With at least 10 years work related experience in building construction 
With at least 10 years work related experience in land development 
With at least 10 years work related experience in bridge construction 
-Has strong leadership skills 
-Excellent in evaluation, preparation and analysis of reports 
-Willing to work in New Clark City; Mabalacat, Pampanga
