Project Manager (ID Fit-Out Works)

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Wei Yuan Construction Management Inc. as a Project Manager specializing in Interior Design (ID) Fit-Out Works. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of interior fit-out construction projects in Pampanga, Central Luzon.

As a key member of the team, you will play a strategic role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of ID fit-out projects

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including interior designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors

• Oversee site execution of interior works such as partitions, ceilings, finishes, MEP coordination, millwork, and furnishings installation
