Manage the entire lifecycle of luxury yacht projects from planning to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timeline requirements
Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and production teams to define project goals and technical specifications
Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budget controls, monitoring each phase of progress
Communicate project status, challenges, and updates to internal teams and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
 
Functie-eisen
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Maritime Technology, or a related field
At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the luxury yacht, maritime, or engineering industries
