Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle project execution, from planning to closeout, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality standards are met.
• Lead site mobilization, logistics planning, and ensure all documentation systems are in place.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage permits, and ensure all construction activities adhere to regulations.
• Oversee resource management (labor, equipment, materials) and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor safety, enforce protocols, and perform regular quality inspections.
• Control project budgets, track costs, and ensure site material inventory is effectively managed.
• Provide regular communication and progress reports to management and clients.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and handle project challenges as they arise.
• Ensure successful project handover with completed documentation and proper client communication.
