Project Manager

Qualification:

Bachelor`s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveyor, or any related fields.

Experiences:

Minimum 10 years` relevant experience in property development and construction.

• Willing to travel to Ipoh
• Have Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Job Description:

• Plan and coordinate with consultants, authorities, and internal teams to ensure project feasibility and cash flow management.
• Obtain necessary approvals and oversee submissions to authorities.
• Manage contractor selection, payments, and project budgets.
• Monitor site progress, technical issues, workmanship quality, and timely completion.
• Ensure CCC approvals, defect rectifications, and infrastructure handovers.
• Oversee property management setup before JMB formation.
• Provide regular project updates and reports.
