Project Manager

Job Responsibilities
1) To provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project, including local authorities submission and approval, coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
2) Study project job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods.
3) Develop, manage and maintain an effective project execution plan, cost control management and QHSEMS related to the project.
4) Oversee performance of all trade contractors and reviews engineering drawings to make sure that all project specifications and its requirements are being met.
5) To manage all engineering deliverables and ensuring all timelines are being met
6) Is responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.
