Job Description:

• Project coordination and communication between production, customer, and installation team.
• Understand the scope of delivery for the whole project and properly documented.
• Keep track and document on every detail of changes and highlights changes that not within scope.
• Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
• Keep track on progress according to schedule and preparing overall progress report.
• Attend to customer meeting.
• Preparing report that customer required
• Attend to customer audit.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customer.
