Job Description
Job Task for Project Manager:
a. Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications; define project scope and execution strategy; identify risks and constraints
b. Prepare project and manage cost, project expenses, forecast cash flow and control project cost
c. Develop project programmed aligned with master schedule; identify critical activities and long-lead items
d. Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders to develop compliant project design; manage RFIs and technical clarifications
e. Review and manage preparation of shop drawings and BIM models; resolve clashes with other trades
f. Propose cost-effective and constructible alternatives without compromising performance
g. Prepare RFQs; evaluate technical and commercial submissions; appoint vendors and subcontractors
h. Manage procurement of HVAC equipment and materials, track delivery schedules
