Project Manager (Cost-management Focus)
JOB PURPOSE
The Project Manager supports the Project Director in the delivery and implementation of capital and asset enhancement projects across the built-environment portfolio. The role requires strong commercial and cost management capability, together with a proven track record in project management, and involves active participation across design development, procurement, construction, and close-out stages.
The incumbent works collaboratively with internal functions such as Property Investment, Real Estate Operations, Finance and other relevant stakeholders across the project lifecycle to translate project parameters into disciplined, contractually robust, and well-executed outcomes for the organisation. Responsibilities include cost planning and control, contract administration, procurement coordination, schedule oversight, and the preparation of structured management reports and submissions.
