  • Plan and oversee multiple engineering projects from concept to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, with a strong focus on safety and quality standards.
  • Prioritize tasks and allocate manpower effectively to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender bids for new projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
  • Evaluate and approve significant changes that affect project scope, budget, or schedule.
  • Lead complex or high-impact engineering projects, tracking progress and performance against the project plan.
  • Identify and address operational challenges promptly to reduce delays and maintain momentum.
  • Build, guide, and develop project teams with operational responsibilities to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulations.
