Project Manager

Scope of Works:

·       Lead the full development lifecycle from Kebenaran Merancang, Building Plan and budgeting to CCC, handover and DLP closure.

·       Manage planning submissions and liaise with authorities for approvals, permits and regulatory compliance.

·       Appoint, coordinate and manage consultants (Architect, C&S, M&E, QS) to ensure design quality, compliance and value engineering.

·       Develop project budgets, cash flow forecasts and financial controls to achieve targeted returns.

·       Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, timeline and cost to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

·       Administer variations, claims, risk management and dispute resolution while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.

·       Coordinate internal stakeholders (Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance) and lead handover, defect management and post-project evaluation.
