Job description

The primary responsibility of the Manager for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) is to plan, design and oversee the implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in our interior fit‑out projects. This entails ensuring the integration and efficient functioning of the MEP systems while adhering to safety standards, and meeting project timelines and budgets. To succeed in this role, you must have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, effective leadership and providing expertise and advisory support. Key qualities include financial acumen, regulatory knowledge, adaptability, innovation, and strong work ethic.
