About the Role

Assists the Senior Projects Director and leads the project team in planning, scheduling, organizing, and overseeing construction activities. Ensures the project is completed on time, within budget, aligned with approved designs, and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Building Technology (must be a chartered or licensed Engineer)
• 12 years relevant experience in construction and property development/real estate, and 8 years as Project Manager.
