Project Manager

We are looking for a strong Product Manager who has built enterprise platforms and is passionate about solving problems for deskless workers. In this role, you will focus on complex operational workflows, frontline users, and enterprise-scale product development for our field service management software company.
Working Conditions
Range monthly salary: $45,000 - $55,000 MXN
Full-time: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
Leading the product vision and development of enterprise-scale platforms for field service management.
Designing solutions and optimizing complex operational workflows for frontline, deskless workers.
Coordinating between design, development, and cross-functional teams to ensure product goals are met.
Managing product roadmaps, milestones, and timelines efficiently.
Acting as the glue between U.S.-based stakeholders and remote contributors across the U.S. and LATAM.
