Job Description

Before the start of project – prepare the project schedule 
Carry out a pre -site visit 
Ensure the project have sufficient labour and material resources 
Have secure knowledge of the project deadlines 
Set and monitor weekly targets for each site 
Ensure that programmes are being adhered to 
Monitoring and reporting on projects 
Notify management if any deadlines will not be met 
Oversee quality control and ensure quality is of the highest standard 
Oversee and ensure sign offs are completed 
Liaise with client project and contracts managers 
Draw up reports on the status of the various projects as require by the client and or OFP Management 
Assist in compiling monthly cost reports in conjunction with senior QSs on projects and report to directors 
Ensure that project is cost effective 
Monitor and report on material usage.
