Project Manager (Mississauga)

EBC Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support major civil engineering projects across Canada, including bridges, tunnels, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, estimate, and determine scope of work including scheduling and project planning.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of tender documents, drawings, specifications, addendums and assist the Site Superintendent in project success.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, consultants, and workers.
• Inform Senior Project Manager of project development and discuss methods to meet schedule and budget.
• Order critical material with suppliers in collaboration with the Superintendent.
• Perform quantity tracking and cost coding for productivity analysis and accurate cost forecasting.
• Prepare daily reports related to crew, progress, and issues.
• Plan and monitor appointed projects.
