Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to deliver local requests with the centralised operations teams.
- Tie together scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives across a variety of digital workstreams.
- Provide detailed breakdowns of complete and in-flight work at a subsidiary level and manage the VOC process coming from broken SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology, to ensure alignment & efficiencies in all workstreams across the CoE.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.
- Manage subsidiary communication to ensure appropriate plans and prioritisation are aligned between teams.
