Lead complex, cross-functional projects in the banking sector, including digital transformation, core banking upgrades, compliance initiatives, or operational efficiency improvements.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
Manage all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Stakeholder Engagement:
