Project Manager (Niobium / Alluvial Operations / Coltan) LATAM

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience in Niobium / Tantalum to lead field-based extraction and processing operations in a remote alluvial environment. This role requires strong operational leadership in river or alluvial mining, gravity-based mineral separation, and responsible management of sensitive supply chains. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in remote site execution, water and environmental controls, and community-facing operational governance.
