Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in A&A and landed house projects.
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
