Project Manager – Odoo Implementation

One of the largest NGO in Pakistan is implementing Odoo and is looking for a Project Manager to lead day-to-day project delivery and ensure smooth implementation and user adoption.
Role Overview
You will manage the end-to-end Odoo implementation by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring Odoo modules and business processes—especially finance—are implemented effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Odoo implementation (planning, execution, go-live, stabilization)
Lead requirements gathering; map business processes to Odoo modules and workflows
Coordinate internal departments, users, and implementation consultant; track deliverables and dependencies
Own documentation: BRDs, process maps, change requests, UAT and training plans
Drive UAT, training, and change management to ensure adoption
