Our clients is arguably one of the most successful Design and Build Commercial Fit-Out Contractors in London. Due to rapid growth and major project wins they are going to be looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager.

The Role

To be Project Managing projects from £3 million to £30 million.

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for delivery of commercial fit-out projects
• Working closely with client at all times
• Tendering
• Managing Sub contractors
• Programming
• Ensuring project is delivered on spec, on time and on budget
• Managing all elements via site manager(s) and other key staff
