Project Manager (Onboarding Success Team)

**About us****Job Overview**A Project Manager that is part of the Onboarding Success Team (OST) will work closely with the Business Development (BD) and Operations (Ops) teams and will be focused on new clients brought on by the BD team and ensuring a successful onboarding with Avantpage before transferring to the main Ops team.This role is ideal for a solutions-oriented PM that can think out of the box, is focused on customer needs and helps win and develop new clients, and has a sales approach.
**Duties and Responsibilities**The OST PM will have similar responsibilities of an Ops PM but centered on new clients and prospects.Their focus will be on the following:- Act as the primary contact for BD team inquiries regarding leads, prospects, and potential clients ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Manage project requests from newly onboarded clients until they transition to the main Ops team.
- Scope and quote translation and localization projects for new clients.
