Project Manager, Operations

Main tasks:

• Managing production transfer and ramp-up
• Planning and controlling changes
• Driving continuous yield and quality improvement actions
• Setting up ways of working for future projects

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management
• Strong experience in product ramp-ups and electronics manufacturing
• Experience in logistics, sourcing, and production testing
• Experience using ERP systems
• Willingness to travel
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish
