Job Description

  1. Oversee the overall operations and performance of all YAKAP branches
  2. Plan, implement, and monitor YAKAP projects and activities across branches
  3. Ensure compliance with program guidelines, policies, and regulatory requirements
  4. Coordinate with branch heads, clinic managers, and partner agencies
  5. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  6. Prepare consolidated reports on branch performance, accomplishments, and issues
  7. Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and utilization across branches
  8. Identify risks, issues, and gaps; develop and implement mitigation plans
  9. Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and performance reviews with branch teams
  10. Ensure timely submission of required reports to management and partner agencies
  11. Facilitate process improvements and standardization across YAKAP branches
