Job Description
The position is classified as a RÉ-06 (from $94,550 to $127,698 per annum – under review). A list of qualified people may be compiled and may be used for additional temporary or indeterminate positions.
JOB OVERVIEW
As Project Manager, you will direct assigned engineering, architectural or real estate development and management projects with various levels of complexity and value related to redevelopment, construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance and repair of NCC assets. You will manage all aspects of project development and delivery and supervise the work of a project team through all phases of assigned projects to satisfy time, budget, scope and quality requirements.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with a specialization in the engineering or architecture, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience related to the position.
