We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact and face of the company to key global clients within the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. This highly technical role requires a strong understanding of automation and packaging systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact to support all customer needs and inquiries.
• Provide technical expertise related to the packaging industry.
• Build long‑term relationships with our clients.
• Review and interpret customer and vendor drawings and specifications.
• Meet with and communicate with customers on a regular basis to confirm project status.
• Manage customer and vendor change management and negotiations.
