Project Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
The Project Manager – Powerhouse leads the planning, execution, and completion of all works related to the construction of the powerhouse and its associated systems within a large-scale hydropower dam or pumped storage project. This role ensures that civil, structural, electro-mechanical, and interface works inside the powerhouse are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and compliance standards.
THE ROLE
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the powerhouse construction package, including excavation, structural works, E&M installation, and interface integration.
Manage daily site activities to ensure alignment with design, schedule, quality, safety, and cost targets.
Supervise and coordinate all contractors, engineers, and subcontractors working within the powerhouse.
Collaborate closely with design teams, electro-mechanical experts, and tunneling/underground leads to ensure seamless interface and execution.
