Project Manager

In this leadership role, the PMO Head will be responsible for establishing and managing enterprise-wide project governance, ensuring successful execution of complex, multi-vendor, cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong command over PMO frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, and hybrid delivery models) and proven experience in managing large banking transformation programs in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of cross-functional, multi-vendor programs spanning technology, compliance, risk, and business transformation initiatives.
• Define and enforce project governance models, including stage gates, steering committees, escalation paths, and decision-making frameworks.
