Objective

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and finalizing projects in accordance with strict deadlines and approved budgets. This role involves acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered according to plan, in compliance with legal, safety, environmental and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
3. Estimate resources, manpower, and participants required to achieve project goals.
4. Prepare and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget revisions when necessary.
