Project Manager

Licensed Civil Engineer or Licensed Architect

Conducts tool box talk with workers setting weekly work targets and preside on meetings with the project team regarding work schedule, workers allocation and materials, tools and equipment deliveries. Be persistent on the target weekly progress and set expectation on daily workers production.

Perform daily jobsite inspection to record and monitor work progress as well as deficiencies, rectifications, reworks, and other jobsite day-to-day issues. Keep an eye on safety work procedures to avoid accident. Monitor cleanliness and good housekeeping as supervise by Site Supervisors.

Leads the weekly planning and coordination meeting with the support group on manpower allocation and material requirements of the jobsite. Make Material Requisition Form and order materials, tools and equipment on timely basis

Attend meeting and site walk-through called upon by the customer or its representative.
