Overview

Blue Yonder, a leading supply chain software company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join its Partner Engagement team. The Project Manager will lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for Blue Yonder's partner ecosystem.

Scope

• Serve as main point of contact for partner concerns related to SaaS tech needs.
• Handle T1 account‑PD/Support/Cloud operations coordination for case resolutions.
• Participate in steering committee and triad calls.
• Prioritize and collaborate with global service delivery teams to increase case resolution times.
• Engage partners and contribute to successful SaaS implementations.

Technical Environment (optional)

Focus exclusively on cloud environments such as private or public for new implementations, migrations, rollouts, and major upgrades.
