Job Description
- Direct and manage the organization's business activities and develop or implement effective business strategies and programs.
- Formulate policies, coordinate business operations, monitor staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, identifying business opportunities, and monitoring financial activities.
- Create or manage budgets and improve revenue.
- Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
- Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
- Manage the Provincial team to meet operational targets set by HQ (Head Office) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with Freelance Agent, Junior Freelance Agent and Senior Freelance Agent and develop a strategic plan to hit the targeted Quota requirements of each team.
