Key Responsibilities:
Build strategies and programs targeting employee retention in a BPO setting
Manage a team of 20-30 people, providing firm leadership, making quick decisions, and pushing for the adherence to the company policies and goals.
Engage in regular fieldwork to assess the effectiveness of operations
Participate in various meetings with clients and other agency partners
Manage and track regular project billing by coordinating with the concerned parties and stakeholders
Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to provide performance improvement plans to stabilize team productivity and employee discipline
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a BPO setting
Adaptable to a fast-paced environment
