Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strategies and programs targeting employee retention in a BPO setting

• Manage a team of 20-30 people, providing firm leadership, making quick decisions, and pushing for the adherence to the company policies and goals.

• Engage in regular fieldwork to assess the effectiveness of operations

• Participate in various meetings with clients and other agency partners

• Manage and track regular project billing by coordinating with the concerned parties and stakeholders

• Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to provide performance improvement plans to stabilize team productivity and employee discipline

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a BPO setting
