Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review contract documents, scope of work, drawings, and commercial terms upon project award.
• Conduct project kick-off meetings to align Sales, Compliance, Procurement, Warehouse, Installation, and T&C teams.
• Develop and implement a Project Execution Plan including: Timeline & key milestones, Manpower & resource allocation, Site readiness checklist, Risk identification & mitigation plan
• Ensure proper and complete handover from Sales to Operations.
• Establish and monitor project schedules aligned with contractual milestones.
• Track progress against baseline plans.
• Identify schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecks early.
• Implement corrective or recovery plans as needed.
• Escalate critical issues that may impact delivery commitments.
• Monitor billing milestones and ensure timely submission of progress billings.
