Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing event-driven systems, based on microservices and including customer communication channels such as web portals and social media.
• Building systems in the cloud, preferably AWS.
• Ability to attract, hire, and maintain a team of talented software developers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate across the MLFF project boundaries.
• Ability to cope with stress.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, software engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in project management is a plus.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and leading software engineering teams.
