Project Manager

Our client SHARP Pakistan (Society for Human Rights and Prisoners Aid) is looking for a Project Manager in Peshawar.
The position holder will supervise all the project staff (lawyers, psychologists, M&E and support units and staff members). In addition to it, he or she will be responsible for the entire office and work as a head of office.
Purpose of the Position: The Project Manager will provide overall leadership, coordination, and management of the EU-funded project in KP to improve detention conditions, expand access to justice, and strengthen accountability mechanisms. The role ensures high-quality implementation, strong stakeholder engagement, compliance with EU standards, and timely delivery of results.
Key Responsibilities;
Lead planning, implementation and monitoring of all the project activities in KP.
Ensure alignment with EU donor requirements, Organization policies and protection principles.
