Project Manager

Lead and manage projects across ATHQ’s divisions — including events, media production, and digital campaigns.

Plan and execute project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure smooth operations from concept to completion.

Act as the bridge between clients, creative teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Oversee on‑ground executions, shoots, and event setups when required.

Prepare project proposals, briefs, and progress reports for both internal and client reviews.

Anticipate challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Coordinate with marketing, content, and production teams to meet client and brand objectives.

Manage project resources, costings, and logistics efficiently.
