Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams
• Review project plans, contracts, and specifications
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Manage project budgets, change orders, and documentation
• Provide regular updates to clients and company leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience
• Knowledgeable in steel structure construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets
