Project Manager (Part-Time → Full-Time)

We're a small, senior-team marketing agency working primarily with real estate investors, founders, and educators. Our delivery is strong, but we need someone whose job is to make sure work actually moves, deadlines are real, and clients never have to chase us.

This role starts part-time and will grow into a full-time position as client load increases.

Time & Schedule

• ~20 hours per week to start
• Required daily morning huddle at 8:00 AM PST
• Expected availability ~1 hour before the huddle (prep, task review)
• Expected availability a few hours after the huddle (follow-ups, execution)
• Schedule outside of this window is flexible, but reliability during core hours is required
