Project Manager

The Project Manager leads and manages the Capex & Project Engineering group to ensure that implementation of all projects and feasibility studies on plant CAPEX and improvement projects are within schedule, budget, quality, and design specification that would contribute to the improvements of the Plant.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the Project Engineering team in developing and executing CAPEX and plant improvement projects aligned with the plant’s operational roadmap and shutdown schedules.
• Defines, justifies, and manages project engineering requirements (process and non-process), translating plant needs into electrical, mechanical, and civil projects with complete designs, feasibility studies, scopes of work, and cost estimates.
