• Create detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to succesfully complete the project.
• Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.
• Monitor and approved all budgeted project expenditures.
• Ensure that all records for project are up to date.
• Ensure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
• Manage project funds according to established accounting procedures and policies.
• Monitor the progress of the project.

Qualifications:

1. Preferably licensed Civil Engineer

2. With atleast 5 years experience as PM.

3. Computer Literate

4. Must be self motivated and punctual

5. Must be able to manage multiple task and have excellent follow up skills.

6. Knowledgeable of project management
