We're looking for a senior trainer ready to step into a leadership and governance role for an automotive account.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach trainers
• Monitor training KPIs, attendance and performance
• Review and validate trainer reports
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the client
• Lead governance meetings
• Act as back-up Sales/Product Trainer when needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training or L&D
• With supervisory or team lead experience
• Strong in reporting, evaluation and KPI monitoring
• Confident in client-facing presentations
• Background in automotive, sales, or dealership training is an advantage
