Project Manager

Construction Manager (CM) roles involve overseeing projects from start to finish, focusing on planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with codes;

Manage teams (including subcontractors), resolve issues, track costs, and report progress, bridging design with physical construction. Key responsibilities include preparing estimates, interpreting contracts, coordinating trades, managing resources, inspecting work, and handling safety protocols, all to deliver the project on time and within budget.
